I went running for an hour today! Woohoo! That’s the longest I’ve done! I’ve been working up to it slowly. But my hips super hurt! What’s the deal with that? Am I doing something wrong?
This was probably my last run for a while because school starts next week and I don’t want to risk getting shin splints or hurting my self when I have to dance every day. There’s no time for recovery and it makes class miserable trying to dance when I’m injured.
Modern class with all those leaps when I’m barefoot is especially no fun when I have shin splints. Last semester I had them for 2 different months (of the 4 month semester) 😦 I looked like a mummy all taped up everyday!
I tried for those waves again. It just can’t be as hard as it seems right? Why can’t I figure this out!!?? It looks a little too 70s for my taste, I won’t be going out of the house like this, don’t worry!
